Effective immediately, we will be TEMPORARILY suspending shipping to Australia and New Zealand. Please note that if you are placing an order to be shipped to Australia or New Zealand, we will hold your order shipment temporarily.

In light of the backlog and delivery delays that Australia’s and New Zealand’s Parcel Posts are currently experiencing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in order to ensure that packages shipped to Australia or New Zealand are able to be delivered, the United States Post Office (USPS) has recently eliminated most of their shipping options to Australia and New Zealand.

While the USPS is still offering Priority Mail Express International delivery to Australia and New Zealand, and there are other carriers that are offering Australia and New Zealand delivery options, our team determined that these shipping options were at a cost that was simply far too expensive to ask our customers to pay for.

Since the USPS has declared the suspension temporary, we will hold all Australian and New Zealand orders until the USPS resumes all their delivery options to Australia and New Zealand and we are able to once again deliver your orders for a shipping cost that makes sense for our valued customers to pay.

Australian and New Zealand customers can wait to place orders or proceed by placing orders, but are acknowledging the fact that orders will not leave our warehouse until the USPS has released a statement of normal operation.
