I purchased an on-demand course. How do I get started?
- Click Login/Register (or My Account) in the top-right corner of the site
- Log in with your account information (make sure to use the exact same log-in info you used to purchase the online course)
- In the box (pictured below) you would click on the name of the course you wish to take, in the Registered Courses section.
I passed my online course quiz and completed the course survey. How do I access my certificate of completion?
To receive your certificate, all videos within each module must be marked as watched (indicated by a green circle next to each video). Additionally, you will need to complete the short final quiz and feedback survey. Once these items are complete, there are 2 ways to access your certificate:
- From the Course’s Page:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- In the box (pictured below)
- you would click on the ribbon in the Certificate column for the course you completed.
- This will open your certificate so you can print it out.
- From the My Account Page:
- Click Login/Register (or My Account) in the top-right corner of the site
- Log in with your account information (make sure to use the exact same log-in info you used to purchase the online course)
- In the box (pictured below) you would click on the ribbon in the Certificate column for the course you completed.
- This will open your certificate so you can print it out.
I want to purchase an on-demand course as a group. How does it work?
We offer group course discounts at the following rates:
- 15% discount for 2 to 5 participants
- 25% for 6 or more participants
To make a group purchase, please select the group option and add the number of courses to your cart that equals the number of participants. Proceed with checkout as normal. Discounts will be automatically applied.
Immediately following your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to assign access to each individual participant. Each participant will have access to the course under their own account and can watch at their own pace (you do not need to be together). All will have unlimited access to the course for 180 days from time of purchase.
I made a group purchase for an on-demand course. How do I assign students?
- Log into your account here.
- On your account page, click on Group Course Registration and Assignment (on the left menu).
- This will lead you to a page that will provide you a space to assign access to each user by inserting their email address(es).
- Click Enroll New User.
- Enter User’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
- If adding multiple students, click the green plus (+) button to add multiple students.
- Click the Add Users button to add your students.
- Each user will receive an email with instructions on how to access the course under their own unique account.
How long will I have access to my on-demand course?
You will have access to your on-demand course for 180 days.
Why does my on-demand course show as incomplete?
Please check that all videos/modules are marked as watched/complete. Also be sure that you answered the quiz/feedback questions at the end.
Live Courses
Can I get access to the recording of a live course that has already passed?
Registration for a live course includes two weeks access to the recording after the course has finished. However, registration closes once the live course begins, so you would have to register beforehand in order to have access to the recording. We do have many On-Demand courses, which you can find here.
I missed the live course I was signed up for, what do I do?
Not to worry! Registration for a live course also comes with two weeks access to the recording following the date of the course.
How long will I have access to the live course recording?
If you have registered for a live course, you will have access to the recording during the two weeks following the live course.
The Interoception Curriculum
I purchased The Interoception Curriculum. How do I access the downloadable instructional materials?

What’s the difference between The Interoception Curriculum and My Interoception Workbook?
The workbook introduces the concept of interoception to the reader and then guides them to think about their personal interoception experiences and identify areas that might be tricky for them (e.g., identifying when they are thirsty or sleepy or anxious). The workbook then provides tips for outsmarting these tricky areas. The workbook doesn’t provide coaching on noticing, connecting or regulating body signals—just how to use compensatory strategies that promote health and regulation without needing to rely on body signals (e.g., if a person does not receive reliable information regarding when they need hydration, a compensatory strategy could include setting vibrating alerts on a SmartPhone as a reminder to take sips of water).
The Interoception Curriculum provides a step-by-step process for helping someone learn more about their own personal bodily sensations with a focus on noticing, connecting and regulating internal body signals. The curriculum helps each person better understand their inner experience so that they can use interoceptive sensations as clues to what they need for health and regulation (e.g., discovering a buzzing feeling in the back of the throat and learning that it is a personal signal of thirst/needing hydration which then serves as an urge to drink).

My organization is tax-exempt. How do I make a tax-free purchase?
In order to receive a tax-free purchase, please using the following instructions:
- Click on the tax exempt box located below the line where you insert your email address.
- Add your tax ID # in the space that appears when you click the box.
- Proceed with checkout as normal.
What is your return policy?
We take pride in our products and hold them to a high standard of quality. We continually monitor printing and distributing processes. In the rare instance you encounter a problem related to defective materials, please let us know and we’ll replace it for free. Please note: normal wear and tear resulting from use is excluded. Email us at [email protected] and include a description of the problem and a digital photograph. Some additional restrictions may apply.
You may return new items purchased from us for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) provided they are in brand-new, resaleable condition. Any discount received in purchasing the item(s) will be reflected in the return amount. Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded including the original cost of shipping the product out as well as the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Can I buy your resources elsewhere?

Technical Issues/Troubleshooting
My online course videos are loading too slowly. What should I do?
There are many factors that can affect the loading times of videos. If you are experiencing slowly loading videos, here are a few things you can try to speed them up:
- Make sure your internet connection is fast enough to support streaming videos
- Try connecting to your internet modem via a cable instead of using wifi
- Make sure no one else is streaming videos, gaming, or downloading files from the internet while you are streaming your videos
- Turn off all other devices that may be accessing the internet for background processes
- Clear your web browser’s cache
- Try an alternate browser
I didn’t get an email/link I was expecting. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes emails end up there by accident.
Miscellaneous
Are your course CEUs approved for specific professional governing bodies (e.g., for speech therapists, physical therapists, or occupational therapists?)
All participants who view the entire online course, pass a test (passing rate of 75% or higher) and complete an evaluation will receive a personalized Certificate of Completion by email. We are not pre-approved by specific professional organizations to offer Continuing Education (CE) credit. However, for some professionals, the Certificate of Completion may meet the criteria necessary to earn CE credit. Please contact your licensing and/or certification organization to determine whether you can earn credit for completion.
