  • How compliance-based approaches derail our interoceptive experiences
  • Why labeling the emotions of other people is often unhelpful
  • Why nurturing interoceptive awareness should be done before using any cognitive based emotion regulation approaches (and why many people can memorize emotion regulation techniques but struggle to use them ‘in the moment’)

Featured reviews:

Dr. Peter K. “Two words: GAME CHANGER. This course is filled with practical info about interoception that shifts the way we think about areas such as self-regulation and mental health. Kelly was engaging, the material was relevant, and I even learned a few things that I can use in my personal life.”

Lizzie W. “If you are looking to expand your understanding of interoception, especially the practical, ‘how-to’ aspects, this course is a perfect place to start. I just loved the bonus videos showing Kelly using some of the strategies with a young person. I can’t wait to apply this knowledge in my classroom. Thank you!”

Heather C. “Keep spreading this knowledge, Kelly. I am neurodivergent and am a mom to 3 neurodivergent kids. I found this course to be informative and validating. We’ve tried many different therapists, approaches, etc. Interoception captures what has been missing—a guided exploration filled with curiosity and inner discovery–and the importance of validating our experiences along the way. If you are supporting or loving neurodivergent people, please take this course.”
